American Pakistan Foundation Confirms Zulfi Jafri to the Board of Directors

American Pakistan Foundation (APF), confirms Zulfi Jafri, an entrepreneur, to its Board of Directors.

Jafri has extensive experience working in the corporate sector for organizations such as GE Capital, Perrier Group of America, and Xerox.  He made his mark as a finance professional with an outstanding track record of achieving growth and profitability. In 2002, he started his entrepreneurial career when he founded both a medical diagnostics company, and a hospitality company with a portfolio of mid-market hotels, where he leads business development and marketing activities.

Jafri is committed to helping provide access to healthcare in Pakistan. He firmly believes the success of any nation is directly related to its ability to provide access to a high quality and affordable health care system. He serves on the boards for Naya Jeevan and doctHER’S while actively pursuing philanthropic engagement with USAID, The Rockefeller Foundation, The Gates Foundation, and The Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs.  Jafri holds a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Buffalo and an M.B.A. in Finance from Pace University.
