Mubashar Hameed is the founder and CEO of CaliberVantage, a cloud-based Talent Development & Optimization Platform that enables universities to work in harmony with companies and individuals to build future workforce.
He also serves as an adviser to the CXOs of global organizations to realize growth and profitability objectives by aligning their business strategy with their people, operations, and technology capabilities. Most recently, he served as the Executive Vice President & CIO at Moneygram International and Senior Vice President & CIO at Fiserv. Previously, he spent 10 years at General electric as Chief Information Officer of Security, Commercial Finance, Energy, and Aviation divisions. His leadership in these newly acquired or restructured high-growth businesses included the turnaround of troubled enterprise projects and leading Six Sigma, digitization, e-Commerce, and simplification initiatives. He is the founding president of OPEN – Houston and served on the global board of OPEN, a global organization promoting entrepreneurship. Mr. Hameed holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Wichita State University, where he was inducted into the Eta Kappa Nu engineering honorary. He is a graduate of GE’s Management Development Program and is Six Sigma certified.
