Objective The American Pakistan Foundation’s (APF) Leadership Council (LC) NextGen initiative is proudly hosting a Fall semester competition for Pakistani Student Associations (PSAs) that collaboratively hold events to raise awareness about Pakistani culture. Event ideas might include a Ludo Game Night, Cricket Game, or a Chai Chat Night. We encourage you to use your creativity! PSAs will then submit a blog post with corresponding pictures and/or video of the event.
Registration is required.

Requirements for Consideration
Educational Component: Your event must include an aspect that raises awareness about Pakistani culture.
Attendance: APF welcomes submissions from PSAs of all sizes and stages of evolution. Provide the number of attendees or people reached and their e-mail addresses, keeping track of this information on an excel sheet as attendees arrive at your event. We will consider the percentage of attendees relative to the total number of PSA members.
Acknowledgement of APF:
Mention: "This event is in collaboration with the American Pakistan Foundation (APF), an organization dedicated to empowering the Pakistani American diaspora through initiatives such as civic engagement, youth empowerment, professional development, and more.”
Display the APF logo during the event and on promotional materials.
Include a QR code to follow our APF Instagram page.
Post-Event Submissions:
Submit 5-10 pictures or a recap video from the event, including proof of APF acknowledgement.
Provide a detailed blog post write-up about the event and be sure to include what your educational piece was. You will only need to submit the written content; we will handle the formatting.
Evaluation You will be evaluated based on the above requirements, creativity, and the impact and reach it achieved. High quality pictures, videos, and write-ups will enhance our ability to assess your event!
